Having booked a last-minute corporate retreat at Comfort Inn due to my positive prior experiences with the chain, my stay was unfortunately subpar this time around. the location was convenient, surrounded by various dining options and close to the highway. the desk clerk and maid were accommodating, but the outdated property fell short. Upon check-in, I was given a handicapped room despite not requesting one, leading to a debate with the staff. the room was in disrepair with missing amenities like an ironing board and a shower curtain. the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was difficult to regulate. the overall cleanliness was lacking, with dirty towels, stained pillowcases, and grimy carpets throughout. Although the hotel featured a business center, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour reception that could cater to business needs, the overall state of the property left much to be desired. For business travelers seeking a comfortable and efficient stay, I would not recommend this particular Comfort Inn.
